In an industry that with so much waste and toxic by-products, Single Double is committed to disrupting the harmful apparel industry standards by finding creative, sustainable solutions for large-scale problems.
non-toxic | sustainable | ethical
Single Double's garment recycling program, Double Back, is part of creating circularity in the apparel industry. 100% of textiles returned through Double Back is recycled, not donated. Bring in any textiles that are unable to be sold/donated/repurposed (stained, damaged, etc) to be recycled into post-consumer goods like furniture stuffing. Cool right?

The most sustainable clothing is the we already have. Committed to using no virgin textiles, Single Double's apparel selections are created using reclaimed and waste cotton which requires little to no water to produce, eliminates the use of chemicals and reduces landfill waste.
Vintage Made apparel is crafted using carefully selected vintage blanks, making each piece sustainable and one-of-a-kind. The natural, aged patina that gives every item its unique charm? It’s the kind of character you can’t fake—and it’s exactly what will make your merch stand out from the crowd!

Single Double exclusively uses inks that are water or algae based - no plastisol, ever. Water-based inks are used for vibrant colour prints and a carbon negative, algae-based ink (seriously cool, right?) is used for black prints. This leaves garments with a soft touch and prints that are durable, breathable and safe.

Single Double's recycled cotton clothing contains no synthetic (plastic) materials. Fabrics like polyester, nylon, and acrylic release tiny plastic particles are when washed. These microplastics are small enough to pass through wastewater treatment plants and end up in rivers, lakes, oceans, and the air we breathe. You wouldn't wear a garbage bag - so why wear a shirt made from plastic?
